Kindly note that as per the SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023 read with Circular No. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/135 dated August 04, 2023 , Securities Market Approach for Resolution through Online Dispute Resolution Portal (“SMART ODR Portal”) has been established which harnesses online conciliation and online arbitration for resolution of disputes arising in the Indian Securities Market.SEBI vide its Circular No. SEBI/HO/OIAE/IGRD/CIR/P/2023/156 dated September 20, 2023 has facilitated linking of SEBI Complaint Redressal System (SCORES) Platform to the SMART ODR platform.

SEBI has launched the new version of the SEBI Complaint Redress System (SCORES 2.0). Investors can lodge complaints only through new version of SCORES from April 01, 2024. SCORES 2.0 platform can be accessed at https://scores.sebi.gov.in
